Dr. Sachdev earned her doctorate at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology after completing her M.A. in Applied Psychology at New York University. Dr. Sachdev has worked as a psychological trainee at Tarzana Treatment Center, The Chicago School Clinic, The Children’s Center, and as a psychological intern at Life Skills Treatment Program.
Dr. Sachdev specializes in treating individuals and adolescents who suffer from depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. She has treated hundreds of individuals seeking growth and relief from their relationships and personal struggles. Dr. Sachdev completed and published her dissertation “Divergent Thinking and Giftedness in Children” and is a proponent of assessing one’s unique talents and “flow” to combat adversity. She practices humanistic/existential therapy and incorporates psychodynamic theory to understand the origin of our relationship patterns and how they continue to affect our daily lives. Dr. Sachdev enjoys practicing therapy in a non-judgmental and genuine manner in which the client is understood, acknowledged, and appreciated. Her background in substance abuse, relational problems, and depression help those who are trying to cope with the harsh realities of life. She has conducted groups on existential crisis, social skills, and meditation. She enjoys collaborating with clients and incorporating mindfulness and creative approaches to reach personal satisfaction and growth.

Marissa Davis, M.A.

Marissa Davis earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) at Alliant International University. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at CSPP with an emphasis in Family and Couples Therapy.
Through her work at the Saban Community Clinic and Project Sister Family Services, she has gained extensive experience in working with relational issues, depression, anxiety, grief/bereavement, and acute crisis intervention. She specializes in trauma/PTSD working with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced sexual, physical, and/or emotional abuse, as well as bullying.
She is committed to providing the most essential therapeutic care from a relationally driven and psychodynamic approach to support and empower her clients to make shifts in themselves and their relationships with others.
In addition to individual and couples therapy, Marissa also provides group therapy.
